Yesterday, I had to make a run to FedEx. However, numerous circumstances prevented me from getting there on time. As such, I pulled in 20 minutes after closing. I figured, I could at least drop the envelope in their box….

However, I was surprised, that a young girl ran to tbe door, let me in, and then ran my FedEx letter out to the plane which was departing shortly….

This is way beyond my normal experience. I know FedEx is trying to capture markt share, and more so now with competition from DHL. However, this young lady took it on her own to get me out of a jamb…. Totally amazing, and they are now my number #1 shipper.
