Judiciary out of control

Hmmm, it appears the judiciary is going way beyond the bounds the founders of the constition originally had. I think the constitution needs to be safeguarded by putting some controls on the judiciary, or perhaps going even further by restrusturing it, or significantly reducing its authority.

Our system is supposed to be about checks and balances, yet there appears fewer and fewer checks on the judiciary system, its seemingly out of control. Otoh, making such changes would be fraught with peril. It may be too easy to go too far, and that could be almost as bad as giving them the free reign we have now. Too bad we couldn’t have captured the minds of the founders. I’m sure they would have some ideas.
