Bart’s way to create bootable CD-Roms (for Windows/Dos)
My OS cd got a cat scratch on it, and would no longer boot, but at least I had made a complete copy of it on my network, so I wound’t have to go looking everytime I put some new hardware on.
I figured cool, I’ll just burn a copy on a CD, I’ve got the license number sticker on the machine, I’m good to go. Well, no such luck. The copied CD wouldn’t boot. Thank goodness for Bart though. I went through his procedure, and am now making progress reloading my OS yet again. Part of the fun of having multiple machines, and needing to periodically reload the OS.
