Like most parts on a 30 year old car, oem parts are long gone. I bit the bullet, and had a local welder repair my old muffler. Its now built like a tank, although the insides, and the fiberglass sleeving on the exhuast pipe are pretty marginal. Otoh, its now a lot quiter, and no longer sounds like the world’s largest chain saw at 75mph.

The exhuast mounts were troublesome. The auto parts guy looked at me, as if I wanted some space shuttle hardware. However, a quick perusal of Grainger found them for the amazing price of $1.91. The part # is 5XK74 for the 5/16″ threaded version. The big question is how well they will withstand heat, but I think they should be ok. Max temperature is 150 deg F, but they are fairly well isolated from the muffler body.
